When to arrive/depart:

Booking Travel

Please note: Target Optical employees should use the provided Concur travel link to book their air travel. If you book travel outside of this link, we will not have visibility to your travel information and therefore will not be able to arrange ground transportation for you. 

Target Optical employees will book their travel through Concur directly. You must book travel from a desktop computer and not a mobile device. Please read all details below before beginning your registration.

• I have a Concur Profile: During the registration process, you will have the opportunity to click on a Concur link which will take you to the Concur booking page to select your flights based on the arrival/departure details provided in registration.
• I do not have a Concur Profile: Email webte@luxotticaretail.com with the subject line "New Concur Profile" and ask to have a Concur profile created. You will need to provide your LUX ID and your name. After the Concur profile is complete, review the Concur User Guide HERE for full details.

Airport Information

All air travel should be booked to arrive and depart from Luis Munoz Marin International Airport (SJU). The airport is located 23 miles (35 minutes) from the hotel. 

 

Air Arrivals for General Attendees

Arrival air travel must be booked to arrive in San Juan on Tuesday, 4/7 by 3 pm AST. Hotel Check-In time is 4 pm. If you arrive earlier, the hotel will hold your bags for you until your room is ready. 

 

Air Departures for General Attendees

For the majority of attendees, departure air travel can be booked at any time after 2 pm on Friday, 4/10. Please note that since check out time in 11 am, you'll need to plan to bring down your luggage and checkout of your room prior to Zone Cascade Sessions starting Friday morning.

 

Ground Transportation

We will be arranging transportation for you if you are arriving & departing on the required days. If you are coming early or leaving later due to personal travel, you will need to arrange your own transportation (Uber is recommended). Full transportation details and an FAQ will be provided the Know Before You Go closer to the event date.
